About Us

Sapphire Accounting & Taxation was established in Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills by Felicity Donnelly to assist small to medium businesses in their day to day operations and their compliance requirements, as well as personal taxation matters. Sapphire Accounting & Taxation has a strong client focus, where all clients share the same level of importance.

Felicity Donnelly has been working in public practice since 1997, where she progressed from a junior accountant through to a manager. 

Felicity holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Western Sydney, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Tax Agent and a Justice of the Peace.

Felicity specialises in small to medium business and has a keen interest in Superannuation.

Outside of the office, Felicity enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
